Check out the article over at CNN Money which did a recent survey of cellular users. Verizon ranked top of the heap with Nextel coming in a close second (of course their pricing reflect this type of ranking). T-Mobile came second to last SprintPCS was just a tad below average. Dead last was Alltel. Although, I do think that 16,800 is too small of a sampling and I do not trust the numbers.
